Beverage Manager
The Beverage Manager will report to senior leadership positions of Trailborn Hotels. Your primary responsibility is calculating costs of items and also responsible for short and long – term planning of beverage pricing aspects. Additional responsibilities include developing bar programs to fit the Trailborn S.O.P program while creating an exceptional drink program to match.
Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the hotel by accomplishing the preventative maintenance program as directed and supports repairs and renovation projects for building and grounds of the hotel. Monitors, leads, directs, and supervises maintenance personnel.
Controller
The successful candidate will have solid Hotel accounting experience. The Hotel Controller is responsible for preparing financial statements and maintaining the books & records of two properties (Hotels). This position works on various assignments including balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and the preparation of sales tax & returns.
Housekeeping Manager
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the housekeeping staff promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.
People and Culture Manager
The People & Culture Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for piloting and promoting team talent acquisition and training ensuring all team members lead with Trailborn’s values. They will ensure we are always on-message and support a positive, inclusive team environment while remaining compliant with all local requirements. The role requires the right balance between understanding and supporting the business strategy/objectives and remaining culture-forward.

Guest Services Agent
The Guest Services Agent will perform all desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in and out, making room reservations, giving recommendations, and providing directions. They will smile and greet guests in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.
