Beverage Manager
The Beverage Manager will report to senior leadership positions of Trailborn Hotels. Your primary responsibility is calculating costs of items and also responsible for short and long – term planning of beverage pricing aspects. Additional responsibilities include developing bar programs to fit the Trailborn S.O.P program while creating an exceptional drink program to match.
Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the hotel by accomplishing the preventative maintenance program as directed and supports repairs and renovation projects for building and grounds of the hotel. Monitors, leads, directs, and supervises maintenance personnel.
People and Culture Manager
The People & Culture Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for piloting and promoting team talent acquisition and training ensuring all team members lead with Trailborn’s values. They will ensure we are always on-message and support a positive, inclusive team environment while remaining compliant with all local requirements. The role requires the right balance between understanding and supporting the business strategy/objectives and remaining culture-forward.

Guest Services Agent
The Guest Services Agent will perform all desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in and out, making room reservations, giving recommendations, and providing directions. They will smile and greet guests in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.

Director of Sales
The Director of Sales is responsible for conducting outside sales calls, obtaining new business accounts, strengthening current accounts, conducting site tours, networking within the local business community and driving sales.
Dishwasher
The Dishwasher role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness by cleaning and clearing the tables, work stations, and overall kitchen area.
Guest Services Agent

Line Cook
The Line Cook will prepare culinary delights for our guests and hotel clientele. Guest satisfaction revolves around the food appearance, high quality of the food and overall dining experience. They will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations or other areas of the kitchen.
